I’m Rebecca Slade, the heart and soul behind Sol Flare Photography, based in Wollongong on Dharawal Country. When you book Sol Flare, I’m the one behind the camera.

After a 15-year career in marketing, I followed my true calling: capturing irreplaceable moments and turning them into heirloom art, for keeps.

My style is warm and sun-drenched, natural and emotive. A mix of candid storytelling and gently guided portraits, with a strong focus on golden hour. Expect laughter, silliness and a whole lot of fun.
